Why hire a mixologist rather than a regular bartender ?
Hiring mixologists for an event can add a level of sophistication and expertise that may not be possible with regular bartenders. Mixologists are trained in the art of making high-quality cocktails, and can create custom drinks for your event that will impress your guests. They can also provide guidance on pairings and can educate guests on the ingredients and techniques used to create the cocktails they are serving. In addition, mixologists are often skilled at creating visually stunning cocktails, which can add to the overall atmosphere and ambiance of your event. Overall, hiring mixologists can help to elevate your event and provide a unique and memorable experience for your guests.
Why should you use fresh ingredients to make cocktails
There are several reasons why it’s best to use fresh ingredients when making cocktails. First and foremost, fresh ingredients tend to have more vibrant flavors than their processed or preserved counterparts, which can make the overall taste of the cocktail better. Additionally, using fresh ingredients can help to ensure that the cocktail is as healthy as possible, since processed ingredients can often contain added sugars or preservatives that can be unhealthy in large quantities. Finally, using fresh ingredients can also add a touch of sophistication to your cocktails, since it shows that you’re willing to take the time to use the best ingredients available.

How much alcohol do I need for my event ?
It can be difficult to determine how much alcohol you need for your event, as it will depend on a number of factors, such as the number of guests, the duration of the event, and the types of drinks that will be served. One approach is to calculate the number of drinks that each guest is likely to have, based on the duration of the event and the number of guests. For example, if you are planning a four-hour event with 100 guests, you might assume that each guest will have four drinks, for a total of 400 drinks. You can then use this number to determine how much alcohol you will need based on the specific cocktails that you plan to serve. It’s always a good idea to err on the side of caution and have a bit more alcohol on hand than you think you’ll need, just in case.
We are more than happy to help you calculate how much to purchase for your event.
